Job Description
Claim Climbers is looking for a talented and driven Video Content Creator to join our team. This role will focus on creating video assets for online organic and paid marketing channels. You will be responsible for developing entertaining, educational, and informational content specifically tailored to U.S. military veterans. The content will range from organic social videos to short video advertisements, as well as long-form educational material.
We’re seeking an independent individual who has a passion for online marketing and understands the needs of veterans. If you’re knowledgeable in copywriting, scripting, video production, and ad structure, and you have a creative mindset, this role might be perfect for you. Video editing experience is beneficial but not required. Experience with the VA process and familiarity with veteran-related topics will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging video content for various online marketing channels, including organic social media, video ads, and educational materials.
- Develop video concepts, write scripts, and manage video production processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with our target audience’s interests and needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video marketing and social media to optimize content performance.
- Ensure that all video content maintains a consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Actively contribute to the overall marketing strategy by suggesting creative ideas and new approaches to video content.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in video content creation, with a strong understanding of online marketing principles.
- Proficiency in copywriting, video scripting, and ad structure.
- Video editing skills are a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with the VA claims process a plus.
- Passion for helping veterans required.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- U.S. military veterans are highly encouraged to apply.
