We may also store the contents of any message or attachments that you send to us, as well as any information you submit through any of our forms or questionnaires.

  • Job Applications: If you apply for a job with us, we may collect details including your name, phone number, email, job history, education history, references, and cover letter.

Call Recordings and Communications Monitoring

To provide high-quality service, training, and for internal documentation and compliance purposes, Claim Climbers LLC may record and/or monitor telephone calls, video calls, and other communications with our clients and users. By engaging in any telephone or video communication with Claim Climbers, you consent to the recording and/or monitoring of such communication, where permitted by law.

You will be notified at the beginning of the call that the conversation is being recorded. If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform our representative or discontinue the call.

By registering on the Site, you agree that such act constitutes an inquiry and/or application for purposes of the Amended Telemarketing Sales Rule (16 CFR §310 et seq.), as amended from time to time (the “Rule”) and applicable state do-not-call regulations. You further acknowledge and agree that you are not required to consent to the above-stated terms to gain access to Claim Climbers’ Services. You may revoke your consent at any time by contacting us directly or utilizing opt-out mechanisms where available. Your agreement to this section survives termination of your relationship with Claim Climbers LLC.

De-Identified Data

We may use de-identified personal data to fulfill requested services. This data is stripped of identifiers and cannot be linked back to an individual.  Employees are instructed not to attempt to use de-identified data to associate this data with, or infer characteristics about, a particular individual. We require any Processors of de-identified data to similarly comply with these requirements.

How We Use the Information We Collect

We may use the information we collect in the following ways:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Storage

Personal Data, such as your name, email address, Social Security number, PHI, street address, and telephone number, is stored and protected behind a firewall on a secure server hosted by Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Siteground and/or Dropbox. All Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act regulations (HIPAA) compliant, authorized third-party providers.

Payment Processing

Our payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe adheres to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) to protect payment card information. Claim Climbers does not store or have access to your full payment details. We encourage you to review the Stripe Privacy Policy before completing your transaction.

How We Share the Information We Collect

Our Affiliates

We may share your information with our affiliates, subsidiaries, and representatives as needed to provide our Services. This includes:

  • Internal administrative purposes, such as billing, compliance, and marketing;

  • Assisting with service delivery and enhancing user experience;

  • Sharing customer support information among affiliated entities to streamline customer assistance.

Our Partners

Users may continue to receive administrative messages from us necessary to service User accounts after opting out of receiving promotional messages from us.

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under 13 years of age, and no part of our Services is directed toward children. Our Services are hosted in the United States and intended for visitors located within the United States.
